Christmas Nomination Rules and information
If you have a friend or family member that is in need, please download the form here, complete it and attach it to the nomination entry area below. The nomination process requires an essay on why you feel that your nominee is the best recipient of this gift. Please be aware that this is not for cosmetic, wants or wishes. This is for someone that has given and has gone without. They need their brakes working or need their transmission to shift again. They may have an amputation, and their bike needs modifications to accommodate. We will be selecting one person to receive a completely free gift of repair or modification for Christmas this year. We will close Nominations on November 30,2025 to begin the selection process. There are a few stipulations to the entrees, the bike must be a 2002 or newer Harley-Davidson. If the selected bike turns up needing a substantial number of unexpected repairs, some parts will be subject to a donation fund that we will open. All labor is being covered by us. To nominate someone, download the PDF nomination form, fill it out, write an essay supporting your nomination, attach both and supporting pictures etc. to the entry upload at the bottom of this page.
